Reese, running in the second brace with Why Not Dallas (Robbins/Stolgitis), beat a field of 20 dogs to win the championship.

The event started Friday, March 18, with the Derby Classic, followed by the Championship on Saturday, March 19, and Sunday, March 20. Judges for the Derby were Dave Marshall and Elias Richardson. Championship judges were Roger McPherson and Mike Groy.

Birds were moved on every course, with the total number of birds not yet calculated.
